SQME provides Software Engineering Process Group (SEPGSM) expertise to guide organizations in setting up an appropriate process improvement infrastructure and applying techniques to overcome resistance to process change.
SEPGSM is primarily responsible in coordinating the improvement of the organization’s overall software process capability. It is involved in developing and maintaining an understanding of the organization’s and projects’ software process and coordinating the activities to assess, develop, maintain, and improve these processes at the organizational level.
