Acknowledged as the first and thus far the only SEI-Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor in the Philippines, Miss Jocelyn T. Capistrano’s credibility stems from her extensive knowledge and expertise in fields of project management, software testing and development, assessment, resource management and process improvement.

She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the SQME Professionals, Inc., and she has fostered amiable client relationship with Citibank, HP, SMIT, Accenture, Fujitsu Ten, GXS, 77Global and other multinational agencies. Through her extensive experience and expertise in the CMMI® model, Global Project Management Practices (PMBOK) and Project Management Office, Software Engineering Book of Knowledge (SWEBOK), Information Technology Infrastructure library (ITIL), in addition to that, she has successfully aided various organizations to move from CMMI® Level 1 up to Level 5.

She has also worked with the Philippine-Information Technology and Electronic Commerce Council (ITECC) and the United States Assistance for International Development (USAID), as the CMM® Resource, tasked in helping the Philippine software industry increase its competitive advantage by adopting world-class standards like Capability Maturity Model® for Software.

Mr. Allan C. Tan, PMP, SCEA

Allan C. Tan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java (SCEA). He has been involved in the software development industry for over 10 years, and has worked in various multi-national companies like Accenture, 77 Global and others. While working with Accenture, he managed all engineering aspects of one of its largest projects with over 150 programmers working together globally.

He is well-versed with product development having managed development teams that deliver software products including ERP systems and airline booking engine. He also has mastery in Java, PHP and Oracle, and had worked with various multinational organizations as senior technical manager.

Allan has also adapted to various cultural workplaces in countries like United States, Australia, Japan, Brazil, United Kingdom and Eastern Europe.

Mr. Raymond B. Lopez, PMP

Bringing over twenty (25) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) particularly in areas of software development, project management, quality, process improvement, education and consulting, Mr. Raymond B. Lopez is indeed a valuable member of the company.

He has intensive experience in managing development and migration projects, with focus on software process improvements activities based on the Software Capability Maturity Model (SW-CMM) and CMMI. He had worked with various local and foreign clients in the IT industry. He joined SQME Professionals, Inc in 2003 to provide for consultancy work and training for various SQME clients. He also holds a Certification in Project Management from George Washington University School of Business and a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1999.

Ms. Bernadete C. Dario

Bernadete has over 18 years of IT experience in the full systems development lifecycle working for companies such as SGV Consulting, Accenture, Mead Johnson Philippines, Headstrong, and Leverage Systems Technologies, Inc. She has worked with local and foreign clients in the manufacturing, distribution, software engineering and IT service industries.

She specializes in the development and implementation of quality improvement programs to help companies improve cost, schedule, productivity, and customer satisfaction. She is proficient in the implementation of various quality models such as CMMI-DEV (Capability Maturity Model Integration-Development) and CMMI-SVC (Capability Maturity Model Integration-Service). ITIL V3 Foundations Certified.

Mr. Jim Y. Hu

Considered to be among the earliest SEI- Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and CMMI® Instructor in China, Mr. Jim Y. Hu brings more than 15 years of experience in software development, processing, engineering and item management. He is a leader and participant to more than sixty (60) large and medium scale items.

Mr. Jim Y. Hu is also a visiting professor and lecturer in one of United States’ Northwestern Polytechnic University. He has also worked with various multinational organizations like USA’s AngelEngineers Inc and ACTEL. He is oftentimes invited to provide training and seminars in processing and improvement.

Mr. Jim Y. Hu is one of the top ten assessors in the Annual China’s Software Processing and Development for the year 2007.
