It is vital that members of organizations understand the nature and dynamics of process improvement models. Incorrect interpretation and possibly implementation of the models could result to policies and process definitions that are far from the organization’s business goals.
The CMMI® Advanced Workshop is intended to provide a deeper understanding of the model’s process areas. It aims to enable Process Champions to design and develop their organization’s set of standards processes and apply the CMMI® concepts to fit their business needs. This course takes the participants through the specific practices of the model, focusing on the selected process areas as appropriate and necessary. Ample examples and exercises are provided during the course to enable the participants to concretize their experience of the CMMI® Model.

Pre-requisites:
- Introduction to CMM® or equivalent.
